The return request must be submitted within a period not exceeding 3 business days from the date of receipt of the request. Requests sent after 3 days from the date of receipt will not be considered.
  • Please note that if the customer wishes to return the product without a valid reason, 15% will be deducted from the product's value, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • No return fees will apply in the event of defective parts or product differences.
  • The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all accompanying accessories (box, packaging, etc.) and unused. A product that has been used and still has a price tag on it is considered a used product and cannot be returned.

  • In case of replacement, The customer shall bear all shipping and delivery costs., Unless there is a defect on our part.
