מחיקת החשבון שלך ב-BELANTO
מתוך האפליקציה: «החשבון שלי ← מחיקת החשבון שלי» בתחתית המסך. תתבקשי לאשר פעמיים, כי המחיקה היא סופית ולא ניתנת לביטול.
מה נמחק מיד: פרטי ההתחברות שלך והסיסמה, רשימת המועדפים, התראות המלאי, המכשירים הרשומים שלך לקבלת התראות, והפרטים האישיים שלך בהזמנות הקודמות (השם, הטלפון והכתובת).
מה נשאר: רישומי ההזמנות עצמם — בלי שמך וכתובתך — כי החוק החשבונאי מחייב אותנו לשמור רישום מכירות.
⚠️ אם יש לך הזמנה שעדיין לא הגיעה, מחיקת החשבון שלך תמחק את הכתובת ומספר הטלפון שלה, וייתכן שלא יהיה ניתן לספק אותה. האפליקציה מתריעה על כך לפני האישור.
בלי האפליקציה: שלחי לנו הודעה בוואטסאפ 972569038035 מהמספר שממנו הזמנת, ואנחנו נמחק אותו עבורך.
Deleting your BELANTO account
From inside the app: Account → “Delete my account”, at the bottom of the screen. You are asked to confirm twice, because deletion cannot be undone.
Deleted immediately: your sign-in and password, your wishlist, your stock alerts, any devices registered for notifications, and your personal details on past orders (name, phone, address).
Kept: the order records themselves — with no name or address on them — because accounting law requires us to keep a record of sales.
⚠️ If you have an order that has not arrived yet, deleting your account erases its address and phone number and it may not be deliverable. The app warns you before you confirm.
Without the app: message us on WhatsApp at 972569038035 from the number you ordered with, and we will delete it for you.
