Deleting your BELANTO account
From the app: «My Account ← Delete My Account» at the bottom of the screen. You'll be asked to confirm twice, since deletion is final and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted immediately: Your login details and password, your favorites list, stock alerts, your registered devices for notifications, and your personal details on past orders (name, phone, and address).
What stays: The order records themselves — without your name and address — since accounting law requires us to keep sales records.
⚠️ If you have an order that hasn't arrived yet, deleting your account will delete its address and phone number, and it may not be possible to deliver it. The app warns you about this before you confirm.
Without the app: Send us a message on WhatsApp 972569038035 from the number you ordered from, and we'll delete it for you.
